Take medium-sized potato tubers, then wash the potatoes thoroughly with a washcloth or a hard brush. If there are any damages on the potatoes, then they need to be cut out with a knife. Cut the potatoes themselves into slices or cubes. Place potatoes in a bowl.




Add all the spices to the potatoes - dry favorite herbs, salt, pepper, be sure to add dry thyme, you can also add paprika, dry chili, etc. Pour in vegetable oil.




Gently mix the potatoes and spices with your hands, making sure each potato wedge is coated with the spices.






Rinse and dry the meat; you can use different pieces that you like best. Marinate the meat in soy sauce, add a pinch of salt and pepper. You can also fry the meat before baking.

Pour hot water over the dried mushrooms and soak for half an hour. Then drain the infusion, squeeze out the mushrooms, place in a saucepan, cover with filtered water and boil until tender. Drain in a colander, straining the mushroom broth into a separate container. Cool and chop finely. Place into pots.

Place the last layer of onion chopped into half rings. Pour the contents of the pots with mushroom broth, pour over mayonnaise and sprinkle generously with cheese. Close the lids and place in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 200 degrees and cook for an hour.
