Paradise pictures of the spiritual world and a description of the kingdom of God. Color therapy of painting by N. Roerich The best esoteric paintings

The picturesque works of art by Andrew Gonzalez (Andrew Gonzalez) are very reminiscent of sculptures, and at first glance it is difficult to guess that these are just paintings that create the illusion of bulge due to the special technique used by the skilled artist.
Mysterious and feminine, fraught with a mystery, his works attract the eye of the viewer, who tries to look into the very soul of art on canvas.

Mystical paintings by Andrew Gonzalez are painted with acrylic paints on a plaster panel or on canvas using an airbrush. Shapes and bulges are achieved with a special paint lifting technique. Influenced by esoteric traditions, the artist describes his work as modern Tantric art (In Indian terminology, Tantrism is the doctrine of the dual nature of the world, in which male and female principles are represented). Andrew Gonzalez's interest in the secret, mystical and sacred led him to the question of the perception of reality and essence. Therefore, he tries to find the answer in the esoteric paintings he creates. Each carefully painted canvas takes months to complete. Sometimes, to reproduce small details, the artist uses a magnifying glass.

Andrew Gonzalez, San Antonio, Texas-based artist whose work has won numerous awards and is shown in many countries around the world. He grew up in an artistic family, where his father Anthony A. Gonzalez encouraged his son's interest in drawing and painting.
In childhood, drawing gave the future artist access to the exciting world of fantasy and imagination. This playful contact with fiction later developed into a creative exploration of the human soul and a celebration of the forces of life.

PARADOXES OF ESOTERIC PAINTING

Landscapes of the soul

esoteric - "Artistic" vampirism and cosmic reality

How, in what conventional units, is the notorious “great power of art” measured? And not at all in those very ones ... People susceptible to vibrations say that the degree of “masterpiece” of creation is evidenced by the strength of some kind of energy radiation emanating from the canvas or sculpture. Everything seems to be logical and understandable. But how then to explain the PARADOXES of the so-called ESOTERIC PAINTING?

Any banal pie, fraught with the warmth of human hands, in addition to the marvelous filling, also carries a certain energy-information charge. It is clear that the degree of emanations increases as the skill and spiritual potential applied to what is being created increases. Especially if it was born as a result of a creative act - the unity of the spirit and consciousness. It is the power of energy radiation that makes it possible to classify a certain object as a work of art. And if the radiation goes off scale, then this is nothing but a sure sign of an eternal masterpiece.

Pulling up to genius

Art historians - in the case of masterpieces - are quite satisfied with such a theory. True, out of habit they explain such phenomena by the skill of the artist and the genius of the embodiment of the creative idea. Which is also completely pointless to deny. Along the way, recognizing that, perhaps, contemplating a masterpiece, the viewer, through associative perception, adjusts to the state in which the creator was at the time of his (masterpiece) creation, that is, when he (the artist) was at the peak of creative insight. Synchronizing with this state of the creative genius, the viewer experiences it as a flight of his own exalted spirit, simultaneously being cleansed and pulled up to a genius spiritually...

Something like this (rather confused, but generally understandable) can explain the nature of spiritual catharsis experienced in front of the canvases of the great masters. They are a tuning fork, listening to which, you can tune in - through the insight of a genius - to Eternity. Stairs for the spirit leading up...

But how then do the paintings of the so-called esoteric or energetic artists "work"? This is not clear to those who have felt their impact, and even more so to art historians. Because the power of art is there, but art itself as a category is not always available. Since the followers of this genre put at the forefront not the artistic image and the skill of its embodiment on the canvas, but the energy therapeutic effect. That is, the energy message perceived by the person who contemplates the image. Therefore, for connoisseurs of painting as an art, these creations are incomprehensible, moreover, as a rule, they are rejected precisely because of unprofessional performance. Which, in fact, is not surprising - after all, many esoteric paintings came out from under the brush of people who had never painted before. Those who began to “pour themselves out” in this way under the influence of a sudden influx ... Researchers of such extraordinary phenomena report that it is “invisible waves of creative energy of the Other Being that for some time turn people who cannot draw into artists ... Non-professionals receive figurative cosmic information. They do it in a special spiritual state, and when it passes, they again lose the ability to draw…” Perhaps this is how the inexplicable force of inspiration works?

Conductors and semiconductors

Or here's another version. Any creation is a kind of model of the universe. And here, as they say, there are two options. The first is the image of the inner world of the creator, which, as a rule, is very far from perfect. That is why - from an esoteric point of view - such an "artistic" outburst of the subconscious is often negatively charged, since it reflects the confusion of the artist's spirit and impulses unrealized in real life. And when the viewer enters into resonance with such a picture, it only enhances his own mental discord ... More precisely, the action of the picture depends on the personality of the creator, his karmic programs. A painting is capable of radiating energy if its creator is in an "upward flow", or absorbing it if the artist moves downward in a spiral... Such things are considered manifestations of energy vampirism. However, in the case of "artistic" vampirism, this is not dangerous, if, of course, a proper place is found for such a vampire picture. With the help of such creations, you can, for example, clean the apartment of excess negative energy - like a vacuum cleaner. And even completely shift or remove the geopathic zone.

The second option is the reconstruction of the True World, the True Reality, the knowledge of which takes place in the subtle spheres. In this case, the artist is only a conductor who receives information from above and captures it in the physical world, on the canvas. It was then that the work radiates such strong energy-informational vibrations as the fruit of deep meditative work. And here the purity of the “conductor” is very important. The Russian artist Alexander Rekunenko, a member of the Union of Artists, who belongs ideologically to the same "workshop", notes the following on this occasion: "Creativity based on meditation, on entering a special state of the initiatory stage, acquires its true meaning. This is fixation on the material plane of events The Heavenly World, the images of the spiritual Hierarchy, the radiant Shambhala... In the present era, the Age of Aquarius, according to Mahatma Dzhual Khul... the revival of mystery art becomes an organic need, born by the evolutionary process itself. The purpose of mystery art is to create a resonant energy environment that introduces the viewer into the or some other energy intensity... In essence, this is a fixation of the process of revelation, the translation of the Heavenly World through a pictorial code". These are the goals pursued by the so-called esoteric painting. And often in this case, a complete understanding of the work requires, in addition to meditative contemplation, a direct decoding of the symbols of the picture. And here one cannot do without esoteric concepts. A sensitive person can himself enter a trance state and use such pictures for independent meditation exercises.

Yes, esoteric painting is indeed capable of expanding the boundaries of art: it can be used in energy-informational technologies, using the subtle energies invested by the artist in his creations, for the treatment of mental and somatic diseases using the light-color therapy method.

space realism
Another energetically related genre is the work of cosmist artists, in whose works two worlds clearly merge - the subtle, invisible, and the dense, physical. Combining the form with the energy qualities of the higher world, cosmists embody the images that they perceive through their inner spiritual vision.

The art of artists who embodied in their work a complex and multifaceted cosmic worldview flourished at the beginning of the 20th century. Perhaps their imagination was spurred on by intensive scientific research - the first group of cosmic artists "Amaravella" in their unusually bold paintings embodied what K. E. Tsiolkovsky and V. I. Vernadsky wrote about. A powerful surge of creativity was provoked by the Roerichs with their Living Ethics. The second heyday began in the late 1980s “under the wing” of the N. K. Roerich Museum, which regularly provides its halls to modern cosmic artists who successfully continue the traditions laid down by N. K. Roerich and M. K. Ciurlionis. Thanks to their super-high sense of things and phenomena, cosmic artists give people who contemplate their creations the opportunity to open the veils of Cosmic evolution and touch the energy changes that take place at different levels and in different areas of the modern world...

Both in Russia and Ukraine in the last decade there has been an unprecedented surge in the development of such areas. However, since ancient times, art has set itself the task of connecting the earthly world with high spheres, turning, if not to the divine, then to the mythical. And any creative act had the character of a mystery. To a large extent, this applies to archaic art, which originally performed magical functions, was deeply symbolic, and possessed the power to influence the course of earthly life.

Perhaps, to some extent, artistic searches in the esoteric direction solve the contradictions that have matured in this area. After all, many critics state, if not the degeneration of art, then its decline in terms of the emergence of new forms and means of expression. But the very name "art" points to its "non-natural", "artificial" roots. And esoteric artists, on the contrary, although not always skillfully, but always very inspiredly, demonstrate a pure impulse, a transformation of energy that is not burdened by some kind of academic conventions of art schools and conjuncture. True, as in any pure impulse, the opportunism at the same time reminds of itself constantly. After all, today, producing the esoteric, you can make good money. This is how esoteric painters appear, who consider it quite sufficient to observe the “laws of the genre” to depict the corresponding attributes and objects: luminous pyramids, figurines of Buddhas with tilaks, unidentifiable “faces”, light spirals, angels of various configurations, purely “Roerich” peaks and so on. Agni yoga. And they successfully find buyers for their works, which inspires them to new achievements. And here a reasonable question arises: how to distinguish true energy painting from profanity? And it is very simple: the one who is able to capture vibrations will figure it out himself. And the rest are quite satisfied with what they have.

ESOTERIC PAINTING

Cosmism as a direction in art

One can hardly argue with the statement that the artist reflects in his work the reality that he sees. But what is "reality"? Is it only apples in a vase or outdoor scenes? Spiritual search - is it a reality? Is the passage of time a reality? Are the secrets of the universe a reality? Thought is reality? Can visible images convey the flight of thought?

Artists, who are usually called cosmists, answer this question with their works. They answer in the affirmative. With their creativity, they anticipate the disclosure of those processes of cosmic evolution that are currently unfolding, but so far cannot be described by means of traditional scientific knowledge. In their paintings, they convey to the audience the ideas of new cosmic thinking about the spiritualized Cosmos, about Infinity, about the relationship between man and the Universe, about worlds of other dimensions and other states of matter - interpenetrating each other and existing as a single reality, about the beauty of these unearthly worlds.

V. Chernovolenko. Radiant Thoughts
Cosmism as a new direction in painting was a continuation of Russian spiritual traditions, it made itself especially clear at the beginning of the 20th century. This was due to the reflection in the artistic space of the cosmic worldview, behind which stood a new beauty and its search. The new direction rejected symbolism and came into contact with cosmic reality, with its new energy. The cosmic beauty of other being, first captured on the canvases of cosmic artists, brought art closer to the reality of the Cosmos. Many canvases of space artists are musical. With the power of his gift, a true artist transfers the sounds of cosmic rhythms to the canvas, and the viewer becomes involved in new beauty and new energy, which expands his consciousness, awakens his imagination, and gives rise to new lofty images.

This is especially important during the crisis of contemporary art, when ugliness and chaos looks at us from the canvas, sounds in music. Speaking at the opening of an exhibition of cosmic artists at the Museum named after N.K. Roerich, General Director of the Museum L.V. Shaposhnikova expressed the content of cosmism in the following words: “A painted rocket, or a simple display of stars, planets, is not yet cosmism. You can draw a teapot and it will be cosmic, because. cosmism is something spiritual, something that permeates the form, penetrates into certain artistic plots. So far, only artists have been able to see cosmic force and cosmic energy in an earthly object.

Among these artists can be attributed the Amaravella group, which, in its unusually bold in thought paintings, embodied the ideas that K.E. Tsiolkovsky, V.I. Vernadsky, A.L. Chizhevsky. The meeting with Nicholas Roerich and Helena Ivanovna Roerich and acquaintance with the teachings of the Living Ethics had a powerful influence on the work of Amaravella. Unfortunately, the members of the Amaravella group shared the fate of many talented Russian people who were destroyed by the totalitarian regime. Space art was banned for many decades.

A. Maranov. Rainbow. Penetration
A new flowering of cosmism in artistic creation began in the late 1980s. Since its final opening in 1997, the N.K. Roerich, regularly provides its halls to contemporary cosmic artists. This is no coincidence. According to L.V. Shaposhnikova: “Today, in the cultural and spiritual space of Russia, an amazing process of development of a new space art is already underway. Its creators are very different both in skill and in spiritual fullness. But all of them are united by boundless love for Beauty and Infinity. Real masters, subtly feeling Otherness, with developed internal energy and the ability to create new forms<…>not enough yet."

But, unnoticed by official art criticism, these artists rightfully deserved the love and recognition of numerous exhibition visitors who admired the refined beauty of their paintings. Through visible images on their canvases, cosmists convey what, until very recently, was commonly called intangible.

Living Ethics explains to us that in addition to the dense world, there are two others - Subtle and Fiery - and spiritual manifestations refer to these higher forms of being. It is the Subtle World that the cosmist artists reflect in their work. They embody in their paintings the New Beauty and new energy, thanks to which we enter into an energy exchange with everything we see and touch.

Their plots are quite real, only this reality is of a higher order. That is why it is no less objective than the material world. One of the proofs of this is the exhibition of cosmist artists in the Center-Museum named after N.K. Roerich. Their members are artists who work independently of each other. Among them are Oleg Vysotsky, Sergei Fedotov, Yuri Ushkov, Irina Bogachenkova, Alexandra Tikhonova, Irina Kulyabina, Valery Kargopolov, Vladimir Glukhov, Alexander Rekunenko, Igor Anisiforov, Alexander Maranov and many others. The technique and manner of each of them are completely individual, but how similar is the language of their images, the color scheme of the paintings, some details!

The work of modern cosmists can rightfully be called synthetic: being European artists of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, cosmists are free to express themselves, but, like religious artists, they set the goal of their work to reveal some spiritual idea. Ideas of otherness, spiritual transformation, connection with the Supreme, which had a deep tradition in Russian Orthodox icon painting.

Y. Kuznetsov. St. Stephen Makhrischensky

However, the artists of this trend are gradually moving away from the icon-painting tradition, freeing themselves from church canons and boldly rushing into the wide spiritual expanse of the Cosmos.

There is another cultural tradition, the relationship of which with the work of the cosmists I would like to say especially. This is the philosophical painting of China and Japan, where the landscape - sometimes with rare figures, sometimes deserted - was the embodiment of a certain psychological state or philosophical idea. Such a conditional landscape is often found in the painting of cosmists, it becomes not an image of nature, but a reflection of the human soul.

The work of the cosmists is a kind of return to the original inseparability of philosophy and art, but a return on a completely new level - both ideological and visual. Cosmist artists provide an opportunity to touch the energy changes taking place now in the world, the changes associated with Cosmic evolution - these changes are most fully felt in the inner creative space of art.

Despite the fact that each artist is looking for individual means of expressing his ideas, many images turn out to be similar. This is explained by the fact that cosmist artists intuitively turn to the language of mythological symbols, the memory of which has been preserved in human culture for centuries.

The favorite color of many artists is blue. In mythology, it is the color of wisdom, mystery, knowledge extracted from the beyond worlds. Blue is the color of a harmonious aura, a sign of high spirituality. And that is why deep, sonorous blue is the color of many canvases of cosmist artists.

Now it is no secret to anyone that many works of art have a healing psychotherapeutic effect on a person and are able to relieve stress, harmonize the general well-being of a person.

Among such works of art, one should especially note the paintings of the famous Russian artist N. Roerich, which have a special, extraordinary color. The harmonizing effect of the painting of this remarkable artist has long been noted by art critics, psychologists, physicians, not to mention many people who study esotericism and esoteric painting.

N. Roerich traveled over the eastern lands with various expeditions for more than one thousand kilometers, studying eastern philosophy, customs and mores of the inhabitants, getting acquainted with the harsh nature of Altai, Mongolia, India and Tibet. It was from these expeditions that he drew inspiration for his amazing paintings dedicated to the nature and mythology of these regions.

The doctrine of the effect of color and sound on the human body and psyche has been known to the mystics of the East for many millennia within the framework of esoteric knowledge. Did N. Roerich know about this teaching? Judging by the color scheme of his paintings, he knew.

Nowadays, the impact of color waves on the senses has been adopted by modern medicine and psychology, and the concept of color therapy includes special methods of healing and recovery that use the positive impact of these waves on the physical and mental health of people.

Many researchers note that, saturated with bright and pure tones, Roerich's paintings invariably harmonize the aura and biofield of people, raise their vitality and improve their mood.

In the diaries of the Roerichs, you can read the following information about the impact of various colors:

Yellow color strengthens the physical organism as a whole, supports the heart;

Purple strengthens the brain;

Green color strengthens the nervous system;

Pink color heals the stomach;

Blue color has a general strengthening effect and activates the craving for spiritual knowledge.

It is no coincidence that blue, purple, green and pink colors are quite often present in the paintings of the Roerichs. It turns out that color can not only heal the soul and body, but also contribute to the spiritual development of a person. It is on this principle that the main informational component of the psychotherapeutic impact of the painting of this amazing artist is based.

Many experts in the field of esotericism argue that the pure, saturated colors of Roerich's paintings transfer a person's consciousness into a certain altered state, in which the person's consciousness opens a channel of communication with his Higher Self. The color scheme of his paintings awakens and harmonizes the human energy centers, stimulates spiritual development through the activation of higher chakras.

However, each of you can check all this just by looking at these amazing landscapes and meditating on them for a while. Good luck!

How are spiritual paintings, spiritual drawing, spiritual painting born? Often we are sure that painting or the art of drawing, and even more so spiritual drawing, is beyond our control. But one day, suddenly, we have an impulse to take a brush and create a picture in order to express our inner spiritual content with the help of paints ... Some kind of force from within encourages us to do this. And when we begin to create without fear and doubt, the unexpected happens - an image appears on paper or canvas ... And then another, and another. These images form a connection, a plot, an energy pattern arises. This is how spiritual pictures and spiritual drawings are born.

Examples of beautiful spiritual paintings:

Spiritual paintings are a real sacrament

Spiritual painting certainly takes place in connection with the Highest. Spiritual pictures are always created "in the Flow". At the same time, our body becomes both a channel and a conductor, expressing those levels of consciousness that move our hand and create as if independently of us.

Spiritual paintings often express what the Higher consciousness seeks to convey through us, and the artist can perceive and convey this as far as his frequencies are high, as far as he can pick up signals, understand the alphabet of the Higher, and convey it symbolically or in accessible images through a spiritual drawing.

Spiritual pictures can be called the fruit of spatial meditation, when we become one with space - a single indivisible Cosmic Ocean of Consciousness - and everything that is in it becomes available to us, because this is our One Self ... Our hand creates a spiritual drawing - because what the Spirit essentially creates and expresses itself through our creativity, which is the highest form of grace. At such moments, the Creator and the person who creates it with inspiration become a single and indivisible integrity, and the great joy of creation is affirmed here, on Earth, in matter...

Send your spiritual pictures, drawings so that their spiritual fullness is transmitted to other people through the pages of our site.

There is
the belief that everything a person touches retains information about
him. This is especially true for art objects, they absorb
information about who created them, in what state he was at that time.

Each
an object of art carries certain information. It is very important who
created and in what state. I think that any creation of a spiritual
person carries positive healing energy.

Through
fine art we can touch another world, world,
which the artist sees. This world can be the fruit of meditative work
artist, the artist can be a conductor receiving information and
imprinting it on canvas.

In esoteric painting there are many
directions. Someone draws with the word "love", someone adds to paint
minerals, there is such a thing as luminous painting ... I think that
any creation reflects the inner world of the creator, and the pictures speak for themselves
they will say. Watch and enjoy.
