I will decide the oral part of the exam in Russian. Fipi presented a draft of the oral part of the Russian language exam

Task 1. Reading the text.

You are, of course, familiar with the person depicted in this photograph. This is Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin (1934–1968) - the first cosmonaut.
Expressively read the text about Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin out loud.

Candidates for the first cosmonaut corps were recruited from among military fighter pilots by the decision of Sergei Pavlovich Korolev, who believed that these pilots already had experience of overload, stressful situations and pressure changes. There were 20 young pilots who were being prepared for their first flight into space. Yuri Gagarin was one of them.

When preparations began, no one could even imagine which of them would open the road to the stars. Reliable, strong and friendly, Yuri did not envy anyone, did not consider anyone better or worse than himself. He easily took the initiative, worked hard and with pleasure.

On April 12, 1961, at 9:07 am Moscow time, the Vostok spacecraft launched from the Baikonor cosmodrome with pilot-cosmonaut Yuri Alekseevich Gagarin on board. Soon the whole world saw newsreels that became history: preparations for the flight, the calm and concentrated face of Yuri Gagarin before stepping into the unknown, his famous “Let's go!”

The courage and fearlessness of a simple Russian guy with a wide smile conquered all of humanity. Gagarin's flight duration was 108 minutes. Only 108 minutes. But it is not the number of minutes that determines the contribution to the history of space exploration. Yuri Gagarin was the first and will remain so forever!

Task 2. Retelling the text.

Retell the text you read, including in the retelling the words of S.P. Korolev, an outstanding designer and scientist, about Yu.A. Gagarin:

“He opened the way for the people of Earth to an unknown world. But is that all there is to it? It seems that Gagarin did something more - he gave people faith in their own strengths, in their capabilities, gave them the strength to walk more confidently, boldly..."

Think about where it is better to use S.P.’s words. Queen in the retelling. You can use any citing methods.
You have 2 minutes to prepare.
If necessary, you can use the “Notes Field”.

Task 3. Monologue statement.

Select one of the suggested conversation topics.

Topic 1. Holiday (based on photo description)
Topic 2. The hike (excursion) that I remember most (narration based on life experience)
Topic 3. Should you always follow fashion? (reasoning on the question posed).

You have 1 minute to prepare.
Your statement should take no more than 3 minutes.

Task 4. Dialogue.

During the conversation you will be asked questions on the topic of conversation you have chosen. Please give complete answers to questions asked by the interlocutor.

Task 4. Topic 1. Holiday
Describe the photo.
1) Which holidays do you like best and why (home, school, holidays with friends)?
2) When can you say that the holiday was a success?
3) Do you prefer the holiday or the preparation for it and why?

Examiner-interlocutor card
Task 4. Topic 2. Hiking (excursion)
Tell us about how you went on a hike (excursion).
1) How, in your opinion, are hikes (excursions) useful?
2) What would you recommend to your peers who are going on a hike (excursion) for the first time?
3) What, in your opinion, is the most important thing on a hike (on an excursion)?

Examiner-interlocutor card
Task 4. Topic 3. Fashion
Is it always necessary to follow fashion?
1) What do you think the word “fashionable” means?
2) Do you listen to other people's advice? Whose advice is most important to you?
3) Give an example of the negative influence of fashion.

The Unified State Exam is one of the most pressing topics in Russia. At the beginning of the appearance of this form of knowledge testing, there was a lot of controversy: to enter or not to enter? Now this form of knowledge testing no longer frightens students, but discussions around it still do not subside. The main question for the coming academic year: will the oral part be introduced in the Unified State Exam in the Russian language?

As you know, the Ministry of Education annually finalizes the exam KIMs of the unified state exams. Since in 11th grade only Russian and mathematics are required, special interest arises around these subjects. So, let's look at the changes in the Unified State Examination in the Russian language in 2018.

The Unified State Examination in the Russian language consists of two parts: a short answer part and an essay part. According to the majority of teachers, as well as university lecturers, school graduates often do not know how to correctly formulate their thoughts, find it difficult to reason freely and do not know how to argue their own position. This problem has exposed the weaknesses of school education. Despite the fact that several years ago test tasks were removed and a December essay was already introduced, which records whether students are admitted or not admitted to take the state exam, this turned out to be not enough. Therefore, it was decided to introduce an oral response.

So, according to experts, the oral part of the exam will allow students to learn:

  • Formulate thoughts in literary language.
  • Develop reasoning ability.
  • Develop reasoned communication skills.
  • To expand school graduates’ knowledge in the field of public speaking.
  • Be competitive in the professional field.

In fact, this is not an innovation. For a long time now, students have mastered the oral part of the OGE in English. It allows you to identify students’ ability to understand the text, highlight the main idea and formulate competent answers.

How will the oral exam be conducted?

In some areas, training exams in Russian have already been held, where students took the oral part on a computer. The students tested the new tasks and noted one important drawback: the answers of other examinees made it difficult to concentrate. Officials promised that this will be corrected in the future, and children will be able to take the spoken Russian language exam in separate rooms. How this is implemented in practice is still unknown.

What will it be like in 2018?

There will be no oral part in the Unified State Exam in Russian in 2018, in contrast, where schoolchildren in many regions of Russia in 2018 will still have to speak during the exam.

All the innovations in the 2018 Unified State Exam were published on the official website of the FIPI. In the Unified State Exam in Russian, the main change in the tasks of the first part is No. 20. Now this task is aimed at testing knowledge of lexical norms of the Russian language. Students need to match the sentence with the mistakes made there. Also the maximum primary score for completing all work has been increased from 57 to 58.

Experienced teachers are already advising 10th grade students to prepare for the oral part of the Russian language exam, because It will probably appear in 2019. What needs to be done?

  • Read aloud texts of various styles with expression.
  • Learn to formulate the main idea of the text.
  • Reasonably voice your position on the text you read.
  • Express your own thoughts competently.

What do officials want?

The Education Minister does not approve of drastic changes. Perhaps this is a good thing. After all, the Unified State Exam is still stressful for graduates. According to statistics, many students do not strive to get into universities only because of the frightening Unified State Examination procedure. At the highest level, the introduction of an additional third compulsory subject for the 11th grade is being discussed. Presumably this will be history. Officials believe that if the number of required subjects is increased, children will consider it “business as usual” and will no longer be afraid.

Will this benefit schoolchildren? Everyone will answer this question themselves. We can only wish the students good luck in their exams.

The Russian language exam will remain a mandatory subject for the OGE 2019, which means that future graduates should start preparing for the tests today and find out what innovations FIPI is preparing and what requirements are imposed on the work of ninth-graders.

Exam format in 2019

In the 2018-2019 academic year, Russian language will be taken in 9th grade in two stages:

  • interview (oral part);
  • written part.

In 2018, there was a pilot launch of the interview, so its results did not affect admission to the main exams, but in the future (possibly already in 2019) the oral part will be a kind of admission to the written exam in the Russian language.

Interview

In the 2017-2018 academic year, on April 13 and 16, the oral part was successfully tested and already in 2019 it will be a mandatory part of the exam for all regions of the Russian Federation. Although there was a lot of talk at the stage of introducing the oral part of the OGE, the exam itself turned out to be not difficult for students, because the examinee is given only 4 tasks:

  1. Read the text expressively.
  2. Retell what you read with integration of quotes.
  3. Construct a monologue statement based on the proposed plan.
  4. Take part in a dialogue on a chosen topic.

The interview lasts only 15 minutes.

As you can see, there is nothing difficult in the exam itself for a 9th grade graduate. Moreover, the oral exam will not be graded. The result of the interview is assessed on a pass or fail basis.

Written part

In the written part of the main subject of the OGE 2019, FIPI did not announce any changes and students entering the 9th grade will have to take the Russian language in the already familiar format. The CMM includes three parts:

Among the 13 test questions, examinees will encounter two types of tasks:

  • to choose the correct option from those offered;
  • to independently formulate an answer.

In Part III, the student is given the opportunity to choose one of 3 proposed topics.

Assessment of examination papers

Although the interview is not graded on a five-point scale, the student also gains certain test scores as he completes the job.

Important! The student receives the main number of points for observing the norms of the Russian literary language!

The maximum score for the oral part is 17 points, and the minimum passing threshold is 8 points. Thus, the result of the interview is determined according to the table:

Testing the written part involves a more thorough check of the work. The second part (test) is digitized and checked using technical means, and experts (Russian language teachers) are involved in checking parts I and III.

The maximum test score for the written part is 39 points, of which:

For literacy

Important! In the written part, the main criterion is also practical literacy and actual accuracy of speech!

The result of the written exam is included in the certificate and affects the overall grade of the graduate. To interpret the OGE result in the Russian language discipline in 2019, FIPI recommends the following correspondence table:

Schedule of the OGE 2019 in Russian

The draft OGE schedule should appear on the FIPI website closer to the beginning of the academic year, but the approximate periods allocated for the Russian language in 2019 will most likely not change much. As in the last season, 9th grade graduates in all regions of the Russian Federation will take the oral part (as admission to exams) in April.

Three periods are reserved for the written examination:

Early period

Main day

Reserve day

Autumn retake

2 retake

Retaking the OGE in Russian

The main issue in 2019 remains the weight of the interview result. If in 2018 the result of the oral part did not affect anything, then already in 2019 it may be decisive.

Most likely, the opportunity to retake the oral part will be provided. But it is not yet known how and when the interview will be retaken.

If an unsatisfactory result is obtained on a written exam, the ninth grader will receive a second or even a third attempt, but under the following conditions:

  • the student “failed” a total of no more than 2 exams;
  • a negative result is not related to behavior during the exam, identification of cheat sheets or prohibited gadgets;
  • the graduate did not come to the exam for a good reason (there is a supporting document).

If, even after three attempts, a ninth-grader cannot overcome the minimum threshold of 15 points, he will have to take time out for a year, better prepare by studying with tutors, and try to pass the exam in 2020.

Preparation for the OGE 2019

The 2019 OGE tasks, developed by FIPI, are the same for all ninth-graders in the Russian Federation, regardless of their region of residence and the profile of the educational institution. On the one hand, this allows you to realistically assess the level of proficiency in the subject, on the other hand, it presents some difficulty in those regions where, along with Russian, the population actively uses other languages and dialects.

However, it is not difficult to pass the Russian language well if you properly organize your preparation for the exam. Experienced teachers recommend:

  • Familiarize yourself with the main documents of the OGE, which clearly define the assessment criteria.
  • Refresh your memory of theoretical material studied over the years of schooling.
  • Sort out previous years' tickets yourself, together with a teacher, or using video lessons available online.
  • Practice writing essays and presentations.
  • Test your level of knowledge by solving a demo version of the OGE 2019.

Important! In the 2018-2019 academic year, FIPI will offer new topics for essays, which we will inform you about additionally.

In the process of self-preparation, a reference guide to completing the test part will be useful:

On September 5, at a press conference at the Situation Information Center of Rosobrnadzor, a presentation of the final interview model in the Russian language for 9th grade students took place.

An oral interview in the Russian language is being introduced as part of the implementation of the Concept of Teaching Russian Language and Literature to test the oral speech skills of schoolchildren. It is planned that passing the final interview will in the future become admission to the state final certification for ninth grade graduates.

Oral part in the Russian language OGE 2018 - demo version from FIPI

A lot of hard work went into developing the examination model. Pilot testing of two models of the oral part of the GIA in the Russian language, an oral interview with a teacher and a computer form of the exam was carried out in October 2016 in the Moscow region, the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chechen Republic. About 1.5 thousand students took part in it. Based on the results of testing and social and professional discussion, the model of the oral part of the GIA, which is an interview between a student and a teacher, was finalized. Its large-scale testing will be carried out in the fall of 2017 in 19 regions of the Russian Federation. Participation of regions in testing the final interview this year is voluntary and its results will not affect students’ admission to GIA-9 in 2018.

The final interview in the Russian language is aimed at testing spontaneous speech skills - the participant will be given about a minute to prepare.
The interview model includes the following types of tasks:
1) reading the text aloud;
2) retelling the text with additional information;
3) monologue statement on one of the selected topics;
4) dialogue with the examiner-interlocutor.
All reading texts that will be offered to interview participants are texts about outstanding people of Russia, such as the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the famous surgeon Nikolai Pirogov, our contemporaries Doctor Lisa (Elizaveta Glinka) and a doctor from Krasnoyarsk who performed an operation in difficult conditions and saved the child's life.

Each participant will be given about 15 minutes to complete the work. An audio recording will be made during the interview process.
The assessment of the completion of work assignments will be carried out by an expert directly in the process of answering according to specially developed criteria, taking into account compliance with the norms of the modern Russian literary language.

It is planned that the final interview will be held for 9th grade graduates in their schools. It will be assessed on a pass/fail system.

The head of the federal commission for developers of the KIM Unified State Examination and the Unified State Examination in the Russian language, Irina Tsybulko, noted that the developed model of the final interview has no analogues in world practice and expressed hope that the teaching community will take an active part in its discussion.
