  • large carrots – 2 pcs;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • one egg;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • flour 2-3 large spoons;
  • salt and pepper as desired;
  • crackers for rolling cutlets – 50 g;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

After the carrots are washed, they should be grated on a fine grater. You will need to chop the onion into small pieces and chop the garlic. All components are mixed into a homogeneous mass. After adding salt and pepper, add sour cream and add flour one spoon at a time.

After the final kneading of the minced meat, you should crush the cracker and prepare it for rolling the formed cutlets.

There are many ways to turn a head of cabbage into a cutlet.

To do this you will need:

  • chop one kilogram of cabbage using a knife, meat grinder or a special grater;
  • add one grated carrot;
  • add 3 tablespoons of flour to the resulting mass and mix;
  • beat in 3 eggs, salt and pepper;
  • Give each portion the shape of a cutlet and fry in a frying pan, first rolling it in breadcrumbs.

To improve the taste, it is not necessary to use hard cheese; you can use either suluguni or feta cheese. It also needs to be put through a grater. Next, add chopped parsley and add garlic.

To achieve uniformity of the cutlet mass, you need to beat two eggs and stir in the flour. You need to decide on the final amount of flour during the cooking process, because the consistency of the dough should not be liquid - this is the main criterion.

Before forming cutlets with a spoon, the pan must be very well heated.

The nutritious pulp of pumpkin can be the main ingredient in many recipes. The color of this dish will please the eye and diversify the daily menu.

You need to prepare:

  • 550 g pumpkin without peel;
  • 350 grams of potatoes;
  • one onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • greenery;
  • oatmeal;
  • breadcrumbs 150 gr;
  • 20 grams of vegetable oil.

Potatoes, onions and pumpkin are grated on a fine grater. The onion will help the color of the potatoes not to become dark and will give it its aroma.

Add fresh herbs and spices (khmeli-suneli, paprika). Gradually stir in the flour and monitor the consistency of the minced meat.

Once the required structure has been achieved, you can form the cutlets and start frying. Of course, the cutlets will turn out much tastier if you then simmer them in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Recipes for dietary cereal cutlets

To please yourself with cutlets, you don’t have to buy meat. It is quite possible to make a light dinner using cereal as the main product.

Buckwheat

A great recipe to use for lunch. Buckwheat cutlets with mushrooms and cucumber sauce.

To do this you will need half an hour of time and the following ingredients:

  • champignons – 10 pcs;
  • – 200 gr;

  • spices – cardamom, curry, oregano;
  • fresh herbs – 5 gr.

At the first stage, you should pay attention to buckwheat. It is fried for about five minutes, then boiled, but not softened.

  • half a medium onion;
  • egg – 1 piece;
  • chickpea flour - 40 g;
  • bran for breading - 2 large spoons;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • dry marjoram – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • basil – 6 g;
  • dry oregano – 5 gr.

The barley needs to be boiled and cooled to 25°C. Then finely chop the tomatoes and onions. Squeeze the garlic through a press and combine with the cheese using a fork. Combine all ingredients (except bran) in a large container.

When kneading, you will get a dough from which you can form products the size of a nut. Roll them in bran and place them in a baking dish.

Baking time - 25-30 minutes.

It is somewhat reminiscent of mayonnaise, but not as greasy. And it is prepared very simply and without unnecessary costs. Below is a step-by-step recipe on how to make an easy, tasty, dietary sauce.
  1. Combine the juice of one lemon, 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper (to taste). We begin to beat with a mixer and gradually add vegetable oil (3 tablespoons, it is better to use olive oil).
  2. I mostly use regular “Strong” mustard, but I’ve tried grainy mustard a couple of times - I liked it better. Sour cream sauce is softer.
  3. Gradually add 6-7 tablespoons of 15% fat sour cream (it can be replaced with natural yogurt) into a beautiful homogeneous mass, constantly stirring with a spatula or beating with a mixer.
  4. Leave the sauce for 20-30 minutes to infuse.
