  6. Next, take one sheet of pita bread, spread it on the table, toasted side down, grease it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with onions and dill.
  7. Now take the next sheet of pita bread and place it on the previous sheet, then coat it well with mayonnaise and cover it with cheese.
  8. Then we step back a little from the edges and lay out a third sheet; place pieces of chicken on it (do not spread mayonnaise).

  • processed cheese – 200 g;
  • smoked chicken breast – 250 g;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • Korean carrots – 150 g.

It will take half an hour to prepare the roll. The calorie content of 100 grams of food is 193 kcal.

To make a roll using pita bread, you will first need to prepare the ingredients for the filling. Processed cheese is grated on a fine grater, chicken is cut into thin slices, and Korean carrots that are too long are cut into pieces on average three centimeters long.

The first pita bread needs to be spread and greased with half of the mayonnaise taken along the entire perimeter. Place grated cheese on top, and then cover with another sheet of lavash. Press the layers of them tightly together to “glue” them together. It can be fresh vegetables and seafood, but since the classic recipe involves the use of chicken, cheese and herbs, to create the roll you will need:

  • chicken fillet – 400 g;
  • mayonnaise – 300 g;
  • fresh mushrooms – 300 g;
  • lavash (thin sheet) – 1 pc. (180 g);
  • onion – 100 g;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • cheese (hard variety) – 250 g;

It will take no more than one hour to cook, and as many as 226 kcal will be in one hundred grams of a tasty and satisfying dish.

To prepare the filling, select the mushrooms and cut the onion into cubes of the same size, approximately half a centimeter in size. Then fry them in oil until cooked and cool. Boil the chicken, finely chop or tear into strings, and grind in a blender. Grind the cheese on a fine grater.

Spread the pita bread on a flat work surface with a thin layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle evenly with chicken meat. Then make a grid of mayonnaise on the surface of the meat, lay out fried mushrooms and onions, and the next layer will be cheese.
