To start cooking, soak the raisins in hot water for a few minutes.

Measure out 200 g of finished porridge, add a chicken egg, then sugar, pour in milk, then add flour.

By this time, the raisins have already swollen from hot water, and therefore they need to be squeezed out of the water and dried on a towel to remove excess moisture and add to the casserole.

Mix everything and place in a silicone mold.

Place it in the oven and cook the casserole for 30 minutes at approximately 200 degrees. The finished porridge casserole will have a golden brown crust on top.

You don't even need salt! You can take less sugar, and if you wish, replace it with honey; it is also possible to use vanillin or ground cinnamon, which give apple dishes a special zest!

Preparing the casserole is also simple:

  1. Mix oatmeal and sugar, rub them with butter.
  2. Place the cereal with butter and sugar in an enamel bowl over low heat. Stir continuously, otherwise the sugar will burn. As soon as the sand has completely melted and the flakes are saturated with oil, remove the dishes from the heat and place the contents on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and grate them on a fine grater. Spread this mixture on top of the cereal.
  4. Dissolve dry milk in a glass of water, add cinnamon or vanillin, if using, pour everything on top of the future casserole.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the oatmeal casserole for 30 minutes.

You can serve the baked goods plain, or you can also serve them with jam, honey, condensed milk, melted chocolate, and so on.

Recipe for cottage cheese casserole with oatmeal

Neither a child nor an adult will refuse cottage cheese casserole! It not only does not harm the figure, but is also good for health, especially during a diet, when the body lacks microelements. Cottage cheese, oatmeal and peaches (we will also use them) contain many useful substances that are simply necessary to maintain overall health.   • 600 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 1254 grams (approximately a package) of curd mass or curd cheese with peach flavor;
  • five eggs;
  • a glass of milk;
  • a can of canned peaches or 6 fresh ones;
  • a handful of raisins - optional;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • five heaping tablespoons of instant oatmeal;
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • two tablespoons of starch;
  • some breadcrumbs;
  • a little sour cream to lubricate the top layer of the casserole.

Despite the large number of ingredients, this delicious casserole is quite simple to prepare.

Preparing cottage cheese casserole with cereal

The following actions are required:

  1. Raisins need to be soaked in warm water to swell.
  2. Remove the cottage cheese from the refrigerator a couple of hours before cooking.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks and place in a separate bowl in the refrigerator.
  4. The curd mass or cheese should be kneaded with oatmeal and left for 30-40 minutes to soak.
  5. Next, you need to mix the milk with cottage cheese, starch, sugar, and yolks. Mix well with a mixer or blender.
  6. Next, mix the resulting mass with the flakes.
  7. Peel the peaches and cut into cubes. Mix with base, add raisins.
  8. Cover a baking sheet with paper or grease with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, place the curd mass in it for baking.
  9. Pour citric acid into the whites, beat, adding powdered sugar, until you get a good protein cream. Place this cream on the future casserole.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking sheet in it for 40 minutes. Then brush the top of the casserole with sour cream and bake it for another 20 minutes.

Serve the cottage cheese casserole with oatmeal for tea in its original form. You can optionally add jam, condensed milk, jam to it.

  • 1 tea cup blueberries and raspberries (any berries will do, frozen)

  1. Preheat the oven. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil
  2. In a small bowl, combine oats, sugar (syrup), salt, baking powder (baking powder), and cinnamon powder.
